Q&A with LeoLin
What do you do when you are not writing for The Vegan Woman?
I own a vegan health, wellness, and beauty company (www.leolinlopez.myarbonne.com) and I am mother of a handsome young man. I am also currently learning to speak Spanish. Soy una vegetariana porque animales son mis amigos y yo no come mis amigos. (I am a vegan because animals are my friends and I don’t eat my friends.”
What 3 vegan dishes would you take with you to a deserted island?
Chocolate pie, “cheesy broccoli and rice casserole, and tofu scramble.
What advice would you give someone who is interested in going vegan, or is just starting out on their vegan path?
Don’t beat yourself up if you fall off of the wagon or if you eat something on accident that has an animal product in it. Veganism is a journey and it does not serve you or the animals to be so hard on yourself.
