He is the co-author of four books and the founding chef of the celebrated Blossoming Lotus Restaurant, winner of a prestigious I’lima Award for “Best Restaurant on Kaua’i”. Mark holds a Masters Degree in Holistic Nutrition and is the recipient of a Platinum Carrot award given to America’s top “innovative and trailblazing healthy chefs”.
Natalie Cunningham – The Vegan Woman
Natalie is a talented writer and reviewer at The Vegan Woman, focusing mainly on family issues, food, and raising vegan children.
She is also the vice-president and co-founder of Vegan Parents Australia - an organisation dedicated to bringing vegan families together for moral support and friendships and to bring veganism into the mainstream.
