What do you do when you are not writing for The Vegan Woman?
When not writing, I am a certified holistic health coach teaching people how to heal their bodies and minds through delicious whole foods, radical self-care and consuming self-love. I love to show my clients how to add more whole, plant-based foods to their lifestyles in easy, affordable and accessible ways. What 3 vegan dishes would you take with you to a deserted island?
I love simple and uncomplicated vegan foods, so I would talk soaked and dehydrated buckwheat, coconut butter and my favorite HUGE salad with me to deserted island.
What advice would you give someone who is interested in going vegan, or is just starting out on their vegan path?
I would tell those who are just going vegan to be kind and gentle with themselves as they figure out how to live this rewarding lifestyle. It takes time and effort to feel totally comfortable as a vegan in a non-vegan world, so have fun and embrace the journey!
